This website is hosted through OpenAI ChatGPT Sites. When you visit it, technically necessary connection and access data are processed, in particular your IP address, time of access, requested page, and browser and device information. This is necessary to deliver the site and maintain its security and stability. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure website operation. OpenAI processes data for hosting, maintenance and support. Technical providers and processing outside the EEA may be involved, subject to safeguards provided by the GDPR. Technical data is kept only as long as needed for operation, security and legal obligations.

If you call or email us, we process your contact details and enquiry to respond, arrange an appointment, or prepare a possible treatment or training. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual matters, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Relevant communication providers are used for email and telephone. Please do not send medical information or other particularly sensitive documents without arranging an appropriate channel with us first.

The WhatsApp link opens the external service only when you click it; WhatsApp is not embedded in this website. If you message us there, we process your phone number and message to handle your enquiry. WhatsApp Ireland Limited’s privacy information applies, and WhatsApp may process data outside the EEA. Our legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You may choose phone or email instead. Please do not send medical or other particularly sensitive documents through WhatsApp.

We use Microsoft 365 for info@5-element.org. Microsoft processes data needed to send, receive and store email. Processing outside the EEA cannot be ruled out; Microsoft states that contractual safeguards, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses, apply. Email is optional; you may call instead.

If you change the language, your choice is stored locally in your browser (Local Storage) so the site can remember it next time. This is necessary for the language feature you requested (Section 25(2) TDDDG); subsequent processing relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can delete the setting in your browser data. External social feeds, maps and fonts are not currently embedded.

Only with your prior consent do we use Google Analytics 4 to analyse website usage statistically and improve our offering. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may include page views, interactions, technical device and browser data, approximate location and cookie identifiers. According to Google, your IP address is used to determine location but is not logged in Google Analytics. The legal bases are Section 25(1) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. No Google Analytics script loads and no analytics data is sent to Google before you consent. You can withdraw consent for the future through “Cookie settings” in the footer. GDPR safeguards apply to transfers to third countries. Data retention in Google Analytics follows our GA4 property settings.

Where necessary for these purposes, our hosting, email and telecommunications providers receive data; WhatsApp’s provider is involved if you use that service. We do not disclose data for advertising. Enquiries are retained while needed to respond and for any subsequent client relationship. We then delete them unless statutory retention duties or legitimate interests, such as establishing or defending claims, require longer storage. Business records are retained for the periods required by law.

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw any consent with future effect.
