The “Permanent Make-up Artist” foundation course begins with one month of online theory. Ten learning modules and reviewed exercises prepare you for practical training under Kira’s personal guidance.

Online preparation
Understand the theory. Discover the profession.
Before the in-person phase, you receive access to comprehensive online theory. You become familiar with the profession, its materials and the foundations of responsible PMU treatment. One month is allocated for this preparation.
The learning programme
Ten modules for a sound foundation.
Safety and hygiene
Contraindications, client preparation, hygiene and disinfection, common mistakes and documentation.
Skin knowledge
Skin structure and types, different skin characteristics, scars, healing and possible reactions.
Face, brow and lip architecture
Proportions, symmetry, shape and creating the preliminary drawing.
Equipment and tools
PMU machines, needles and their configurations.
Hand control and technique
Working angle, shading, contour work and even pigment implantation.
The treatment process
A step-by-step process, client care and the treatment record.
Healing, care and follow-up
Client recommendations, aftercare and possible challenges during healing.
Colour theory
The fundamentals of colour, pigments and informed colour selection.
Working as a PMU artist
Photo and video documentation, personal branding and professional client communication.
Practical preparation
Practise, submit and receive feedback.
The online phase includes compulsory stroke exercises guided by video and preliminary drawings. You complete assignments and submit your sketches and hand-control exercises for personal review.

From theory to practice.
After online preparation, practical training begins under Kira’s personal guidance. You enter the in-person phase with a grounding in theory and initial experience in hand control. Dates and the precise scope are agreed personally.
